We will be putting the code and data sets that we used in our book 'Introduction to Data Mining for the Life Sciences' on this site for anyone who has an interest. In the main, these are code fragments that we used in the various chapters to illustrate the techniques we described. We'll periodically update these to reflect new or additional knowledge. One of the first things we'll be doing it to use the wonderful ggplot R package for graphics rather than the base graphics we used when writing the book.
